A spacious, gated property with onsite parking and mature gardens. Sea view. South facing private patio with large swimming pool and separate BBQ. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
Large lounge, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Morning room with sitting area and gym that opens onto a large patio with outdoor table tennis. There are 3 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 3 twin beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. Four bathrooms 3 of which are ensuite.
The property is well appointed and suited for catering for 11 guests. The property is on one level.

The electric entrance gate opens to a large area offering secure parking. Villa access is through front door and hallway leading to the lounge.
The lounge is spacious with 3 comfortable settees, flat screen tv offering SKY sports and movies, BBC1/2,ITV1/2,CH4/5,RTE1/2.
Spend the day sunbathing on the terrace then a game of American pool or Table tennis followed by a soak in the Hot Tub with one of your favourite cocktails.
Double doors lead into the morning room which has a wicker design table and chairs to one side and gym equipment on the other comprising of weights stack, static bike, orbital trainer and top of the range Concept2 professional rowing machine. Double patio doors lead to the outside terrace were the very large heated swimming pool is 13m x 7m
The kitchen is very large with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer coffee machine and all the necessary crockery and cooking implements. There are large dining tables in the lounge and in the kitchen.
Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis, with a light clean and towel change midweek. There is a pool cleaning service provided. Bath towels and poolside towels are provided, for use on the property only.
A generous welcome pack is supplied to ensure a cold drink and a snack at the end of your journey.
A car is recommended, although bars, restaurants and a supermarket are within a 10 minute walk. Lidl supermarket is open every day and an easy 5 minute drive away.
The property is situated centrally on the island in the exclusive Los Topas a quiet residential area. Tias golf course 5 mins, Airport 6 mins, beaches in Puerto del Carmen 7 mins, Playa blanca and ferry to Fuerteventura 30 mins, Orzola and boat to La Graciosa 45 mins.
The Fibre Optic internet, WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Music Unlimited, via Amazon Echo, are provided free of charge.
Cot with mattress, high chair baby bath and changing mat can be provided for £35 per visit, but must be pre booked. Cot sides for use on a single bed for a young child are provided free of charge.
