Positive: The facility was nicely decorated. The Owner had attention to detail. There are pots,pans, and dishes, cutting board and utensils. A table to write and two chairs. A flat screen two burner stove. No oven. The bed was comfortable with fresh linen. There is a about 43" television. There is a roof top area available on weekends a few hours a day. The area is residential . There is a park across the street. A bus at the corner will take you to center city. There is a maintenance man available uf you need anything. The bathroom has a hot shower and a marble seat if you need it. I needed it. It was a welcome surprise. Lighting is excellent. Air-conditioning worked well. Nice size closet. 'Security 'There is a screen to see who is at the door outside. There is a glass security door. The Owner is pleasant and accomodating.
Negative: OK well partly it is my problem I wish I had had a book how to work the flat top stove . I tried for four days before I got it to work. I was too embarrassed to ask. Like I said it is my lack of technology but I had trouble with code for room entry. I wish I could have gotten the 3rd floor room but it was quite a hike up there so I was on a lower floor. Bathroom is duly appointed but 'exact' i.e. space to sit on toilet is precise, just a suggestion could use a 'Grab' bar,space to wash hands precise, shower is precise. I got used to it . And as i said Good use of space.Once again my problem but I could not figure out how to lower A/C You cannot complain if you do not tell someone.
