Positive: Diana's friendliness... she is super helpful, particularly with our large luggages, and very prompt with her responses. The apartment is on the first floor, but no issues with our massive suitcases as Diana has a luggage lift to transport them to her apartment. We stayed during Christmas. She prepared a massive, beautiful pot of Poinsettia to jazz up the apartment, a nice bottle of Prosecco, Panetonne, chockies in the fridge, and plenty of bottled still and sparkling water for us. She also pulled out her Chrismas themed mugs to lift up the Christmas spirit. The towels variety provided feel so plush and clean. Also the choice of toiletroes are complete and of good quality. Location is great, too....
