Positive: The hosts are amazing, the landlady and her daughters greeted us with a very warm family welcome. They were flexible in arrival time and we had very good communication. They also provided us with extra blankets upon arrival since it's a summer house and the weather was not yet warm enough, which was very helpful. The house is very spacious with three bedrooms and a large garden with two seating areas and two external showers in addition to the two bathrooms. Location is just right at the beach, and the main beach of Torre Lapillo is in a walking distance, or two minutes by car. We were there off season, so most shops were closed (which was kind of advantage because the district was quiet), but there was at least a small supermarket where we found everything we needed, it's small but well stocked. There was also a nice cafe there called Smile, very nice espresso. Beds are comfortable, everything was spotless clean, brand new oven and gas stove. You will have enough pots, plates, cups, utensils to cook at home. We missed a frying pan and a knife, and the hostess was nice enough to provide us with them the next day.
Negative: Small things like shampoo, detergents, basic cooking ingredients would be very helpful. I know that not every house provides them, but this would save guests buying one kg of salt e.g. to use it couple of times. Small appliances can make the stay more comfortable, like water kettle, microwave, toaster, but I understand that this is a new property and things will be much better soon, just wanted to say this as a recommendation.
Summary: Highly recommended for a beach vacation with children and quiet local area
