Positive: The flat looks brand new and it was very clean and spacious. The view from the windows are sea front and lots of natural light coming in, which is beautiful during the day and in the evening, the blinders give you darkness if like me you like to sleep on a pitch black room. I don't have anything to complain about the flat, the only thing I would have improved is a mix of soft and hard pillow but that is just my fussy neck giving me troubles when I travel. While the flat is very good the real strenght is the host, Matteo is very polite, helpfull and always on time if not ahead of time so you don't have to wait.
Negative: I really don't have anything that I would change about my staying.
