Did you grow up walking all the way around from the beach to the sound side waterway, where you can cast your line from the tip of the island? You will feel like time stood still here in Serenity Point, the southernmost neighborhood on the island. Pass by the tiny village of Topsail Beach, the WWII missal watch tower on your way to the very end of the island. The Point at Topsail Island is a treasure of quietude, sunsets, birds, turtles, and other wildlife. You'll have the best of both worlds at 2106A Tranquility: where you can toss in the waves all day and walk around to fish at dusk and catch a tranquil sunset over the sound. This townhome was completely redecorated in spring of 2025. You will spend most of your time out on the front porch enjoying the gorgeous ocean view of Topsail Beach. The kids can run back and forth safely to the beach access which is right across the street!
The South end of Topsail Beach is protected by a land trust funded by former vacation guests and a National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant approved by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Thanks to wonderful guests like you, the South End will be protected forever by the Division of Coastal Management.

Private parking in driveway for 2 vehicles, HOA rules prohibit campers. Outdoor private hot shower. Picnic table. Grassy yard. Charcoal grill smoke stack. Community pool 5 minute walk. 2 Stairwells to Level 2.
Owner provides 5 bicycles for guest use: must sign liability waiver.

Screened in back porch: overlooks neighborhood pond. settee, ceiling fan, & string lights.
Kitchen: Refrigerator / freezer, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fully equipped for cooking meals at home.
Dining Room: Dining Table seats 6, kitchen bar counter seats 3
Living Room: leather sofa, leather loveseat, credenza, wall mounted large screen Smart TV,surround sound theater system, ceiling fan, doors to front porch. (Guests who prefer not to bunk-up may use queen size sofa sleeper. Inquire about sheets.)
Ocean View Porch: Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs
Shared Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, toilet, single vanity

Linens: sheets and towels will be laying on the bed in sanitary packaging. Bathmats and kitchen towels are provided.
Rental Policies:
Due to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy: One Dog Only Allowed. No dogs under one year of age are allowed. Call make pet payment. No weight limit.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
