Summary: My family of four and our close friends (also a family of four) stayed at this house over a long weekend trip to Acadia. While it is about 50 minutes from Bar Harbor, it's a shorter trip to the Schoodic Pennisula part of the park, and a lovely drive. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and modern. Beds comfortable, large enough table and living room where the 8 of us didn't feel crowded at all. The kids enjoyed sleeping and hanging out in the loft area. The bathroom is large and they had plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen was well equiped, there were instructions in the manual and posted around the house for things like wifi, coffee maker, etc. Large deck in the back overlooking the water. Would stay here again!
