About this space
Excellent location on the border between Downtown and Midtown, within walking distance to downtown offices, supermarkets and restaurants. Easy access to freeways and public transportations. Great for single professional working Downtown and Midtown.
The space
This is a very comfortable studio. It is nicely furnished with a built in full-size Murphy bed, a large couch, television, equipped kitchen/bath, and a balcony overlooking to the southwest of Houston to watch sunset. The Building, 2016 Main, has 24/7 on-site security guard as well as mail and package receiving services (Amazon hub available). Gym/Pool/Hot tub, and Coin-operated laundry are all inside the building.
This studio is within walking distance of Randall’s and Spec’s, Starbucks coffee, midtown/downtown restaurants and bars, YMCA and 24 Hours Fitness, and it is adjacent to the metro rail for easy commuting to all sports venues, museum district and the medical center.

You have full access to all building amenities, outdoor pool/hot tub, exercise room and laundry room/dry cleaner.

Minimum stay is 30 days and will take reservations only 3 weeks or less in advance. Please contact me for any questions.
10% discount will be applied for 12 weeks and longer stay.
Building Home Owner Association requires background check for all potential tenants prior to acceptance and monthly lease contract to be signed.
