This unit is located in the Residence at the Beach Club Resort. Right downtown Parksville and at the access of Parksville Beach! All the amenities you could possibly want to pamper your self and enjoy your vacation or stay. With two bedrooms and a living room pull out you can sleep up to six adults comfortably. A beautiful gourmet kitchen decorated with Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and Hardwood floors throughout with quality comfort. This vacation accommodation offers two full bathrooms. The complex offers a whirlpool, steam room, exercise center and an indoor pool. This building was built without central A/C, but there is a portable A/C unit in the master bedroom. The maximum parking garage is 6 feet 6 inches. There is ONE assigned under ground parking stall per unit. There is no street parking available.
Walk out the door and down the elevator out into the beautiful city of Parksville, BC. This unit is centrally located within walking distance to all amenities. Just a short minute walk and you are on the world renown sandy beaches of Parksville Bay and the community park where many of our local events take place; music in the park, local show and shine car show, Canada Day, Fireworks, sandcastles and more.
