Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home in the heart of Melbourne. 10 min drive to beautiful beaches, downtown Melbourne, the mall, restaurants, activities, and Mel airport. Appx. 1hr to Disney and Orlando attractions. All newer upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, and new furnishings 2021. Relax on two covered back porches, BBQ, and outdoor games. Private huge backyard. Short term and longer term guests are welcome.

In the heart of Melbourne, 5-min drive to Downtown Melbourne, 11-min drive to Indialantic Beach - James H. Nance Park. 201 N Miramar Ave, Indialantic, FL 32903
THE SPACE:
4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen. The house is stocked with stove, microwave, fridge, basic cooking gears, plates, cups, etc. Bed linens, bath/hand/wash towels, and beach towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry pods, dish soap and pods are also provided. Sorry due to paper shortage, there are 4 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen. There are 5 extra trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please purchase more for your need.
Coffee machine can make K-cup and big pot too. K-cups are provided.
Entertaining, TVs and Office area:
Smart TVs: One in living room.
Game table and foosball table in the front area.
There’s a desk in family room.
BBQ
There is a charcoal grill in the back yard, near the deck. Charcoal is not provided.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Swim in the sparkling pool. Pool is above-ground and not heated. There’s a salt system. Pool is not in use during wintertime (Jan-April)
Enjoy the deck with the breeze. Large backyard with grass and fruit trees. Watch the Melbourne airshow!
