The villa is located in the area of the modern holiday home complex Pinars de Murada (with only 1-2 storey houses) on the edge of an adjacent nature reserve on the southeastern coast of Mallorca between Portocolom and Porto Cristo.
The quiet access road is only intended for residents.
Access through an entrance gate via a long driveway, which is very suitable as a playground, the whole property is surrounded by a fence and a continuous row of conifers.
Children are very welcome.
Exclusive garden area with a large, tiled terrace, partially covered, with a solid wooden table, bench and chairs, next to it a spacious rattan sofa with parasol; on the east side additional seating area as breakfast area, private pool (3x6m, depth 1.10m to 1.20m) with outdoor shower, surrounded by lawns, here 2 parasols and 4 sun loungers, unobstructed view of the adjacent landscape protection area; each side of the house offers sun or Shady places to relax, open carport behind the entrance.
A large balcony with 1 sun lounger, two wicker armchairs and an umbrella with a view of the pool, the landscape reserve and the mountain Sant Salvador invites you to relax in the evening. There is a baby travel cot and two bicycles for free use (by prior arrangement).
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a 5 1/2 m high ceiling, all-round glazing, sliding glass doors and Persian aluminum blinds, open kitchen with a counter, adjoining housework with washing machine, dryer and glass door to the terrace, guest bedroom with built-in wardrobe, double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m ), next to it bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and glass door to the outside,
upstairs 1 bedroom with double bed (1.60x2.00m) and glass door to the large balcony, another small room with a French bed (2.00x1.40m), which is only suitable for sleeping for 2 people, with a glass door to the balcony, large bathroom with underfloor heating, spacious shower, toilet, double sink and glass door to a large outdoor shower.
The spacious communal pool of the holiday home complex with a large lawn, children's pool, playground and club house (managed in high season) is only 30m away from the villa.
The small beach in the nearby bay with rentable umbrellas and loungers and a nice restaurant is very suitable for children. Here you can have dinner with live music during the high season.
