Positive: Very mixed feelings about this location. The entrance is easy to find if you follow the instructions from the email — otherwise, you might spend a long time looking for it. There are two parking spots for all guests, but a bit further up the street there are some free public spots (seemingly free). Picking up the keys is also very simple — just enter the code from the email and voilà. The room matches the photos. There’s actually quite a lot of space, with a large dining table, various kitchen utensils, a coffee machine (though no coffee pods), kettle, microwave, washing machine, fan, fold-out bed, TV, and free Wi-Fi (and it worked well). There were even toys and books for a child — big thanks to the hosts for that. Lots of storage space — I imagine it would be suitable for a family to stay for a week. There’s also a small outdoor area (like a terrace) with a table.
Negative: The air felt stale (probably because the place isn’t regularly lived in). There's no air conditioning (which was clearly stated on the listing, so no complaints there), but the fan isn’t enough for two rooms. I was afraid to leave the windows wide open since it’s on the ground floor, the area isn’t secured, and I couldn’t tell whether the neighborhood was safe — I wasn’t sure if someone, or dogs, could come in. There are no windows you can tilt open for ventilation — only doors, which are either open or closed. So at night it was unbearably stuffy, and it was nearly impossible to sleep. I saw other guests had tilted the blinds about 5 cm from the floor, but honestly, that wasn’t enough to let fresh air in. The sofa isn't very comfortable for sleeping. Once it’s unfolded, there’s barely any space left in the room, especially with the coffee table (which was more of an obstacle for us) and the large dining table. The sea or bay in this town seemed quite dirty — it’s better to go swimming in neighboring towns.
