3 Bedroom House in Livingston

This small cabin (1224 sq ft) is off the beaten path. Residing on 2.5 wooded acres, this cabin is is fairly remote requiring a 1 mile drive down a dirt road. This is a county maintained road so do not let this deter you. The master and one of the guest bedrooms include firm queen beds and the 3rd bedroom contains 2 twins. The kitchen is equipped with everything you expect including coffee maker, microwave, range, refrigerator and all expected utensils. There is a large screen TV with over 100 DVDs. Internet isn't available at this time though there is good cellular service. You may have to walk outside since the metal roof attenuates some carriers. There is also a propane grill available on the back porch. The immediate grounds are maintained. Long pants are recommended if you walk in the woods due to a few less than child friendly plants (bull nettle, poison oak). Walking toward County Road 3152 is an excellent hike (1 mile) but the road becomes private walking down the hill at our property line (100 yards).
