Enjoy your stay at this luxurious home in the Eastside of San Antonio. Being only 2 miles from downtown and the pearl, you can hit the most popular places in the city in no time. We believe in making our homes more than a place to sleep. With games galore, an outdoor movie set up, fire pit & ping pong - the family can have fun at home.
This home may be over 100 years old with the original wood ceilings but is full of style, beautiful finishes and modern appliances.
The house is over 1,600 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are furnished with a queen bed in the first two rooms & 2 queen beds in the master bedroom. For large parties, we have 2 queen tri-fold floor mattress & 2 Charis that converted to twin beds. There is a very large kitchen to cook & entertain up to 14 guests. The home was completely renovated in 2019, though it still has the original wood ceiling from over 100 years ago.
In the backyard, you'll find our patio that seats 8 around our fire pit. A security system with cameras set up on the exterior of the house. You can also set up an outdoor movie night with our outdoor screen & projector, or enjoy a game night of ping-pong, corn hole, ring-toss, soccer (kids size), pickleball, board games- your choice!
Though there is much to do and see in San Antonio, we try to make our home more than just a place to sleep.
