Large two-room studio apartment in a vintage 1926 building with a separate eat-in-kitchen. Easy and fast public transportation to downtown Chicago with three train lines within walking distance. Centrally located in downtown Forest Park where you will find dining, shopping and great nightlife. Historic Oak Park is just across the street. Easy access to/from O'Hare and Midway airports. Pets OK w/ pre-approval (contact host).
The apartment is located in a building with 6 retail storefronts on the ground level and 6 apartments on the second floor. I own and manage this building. This large two-room studio apartment features a large living/sleeping area plus a separate eat-in kitchen. The apartment just underwent a refresh and everything is like new. The apartment features a queen bed plus a sofa bed if you need an additional bed. The bedding and linens are new and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal or to use regularly during a long-term stay. Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome with pre-approval (contact host).
We have allocated five of our apartments to our Airbnb Lodging Portfolio. We provide professionally cleaned linens. The apartment is professionally cleaned after each guest and we keep it spotless. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for a long-term stay. We provide a smart tv (Roku) and high-speed wireless internet. We provide a desk and chair for if you need to work from home. If you are staying longer than a week - we provide fresh linens and towels as needed. We maintain a management office on-site and are available to assist you during business hours. These apartments are perfect for a weekend getaway, a long vacation, or a visit to town for business.
