Positive: Great location, well equipped facilities, large open space.
Negative: The shower constantly flooding the bathroom and into the master bedroom (possibly due to the flooding in Costa Teguise at the time, causing drainage issues). The front door auto locks when you close it, and if you leave the key in the other side of the door when leaving, the master key will not work and will require you to pay €100 for a locksmith (we found out the hard way!) - always have the key on hand when you are leaving the property.
Summary: Good value for money apartment, well equipped, spacious.
