La Casa Morada is a VERY unique property! It is literally 2 houses in 1! This property used to be a duplex and now it's one huge house! So you have 2 full kitchens, 2 dining areas, 1 large living room downstairs and 1 small sitting area upstairs.
Absolutely GORGEOUS UNOBSTRUCTED BEACH FRONT VIEW! Extremely quiet little street in a great part of the Village of Surfside Beach! EASY BEACH ACCESS! Plenty of spaces to gather, play games/cards, reminisce with family and friend, listen to great music, cook and ENJOY time together AND yet still have enough space to spread out and relax with little private spaces all over the house!
Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2 with a non-refundable pet fee. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside! Pets are welcome at this home. 2 pets max. w/ a non-refundable pet fee. (ask if additional pets are allowed).
