Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen cabinets are asqued, floor seems weak. Old bathroom needs to be updated, ceiling vent was dusty, tub had no mat so we bought one to keep for other people’s safety. Outdoor grill is very old with rusty flame guards that need to be replaced and grill was covered with grease. Overall our family enjoyed their time and fit our needs. We all enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the pool and Pickel ball court.
