3 Bedroom Cabin in Kalkaska

Come enjoy 20 acres of pure Michigan at Cozy Bear Acres. Where hiking, hunting, trail riding, and boating come together to form your perfect get away. This cabin is in the perfect location, 15 minutes from town, 5 lakes less than 5 miles away, and it is located right on the trail system so no need to worry about trailering your ORV’s around! Sunset Trail is just a quick drive down the road to get your trail riding days started. This property also offers dog kennels so you can bring your best friends with you! Hunting is also no problem at Cozy Bear acres, with 2 Single Stands, 1 Double Stand, and 1 Double Blind so everyone can go with room to spare.
The Space:
Walking up to the cabin you come up on the large front porch with comfortable seating for everyone. As you walk in the front door you walk into open living room with a 50 inch Roku TV, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, coffee pot). There are two bedrooms with queen beds in each on the first floor, along with a bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs is the enclosed loft with a king sized bed, 2 twin beds, and a 50 inch Roku TV. Pellet stove is available but you must bring your own pellets. Outside includes firepit with seating and a heated outhouse. Marked private trails on property. pole barn access coming soon for orv parking and venue party spot. perfect for family gatherings and weddings!
