This newly built 2019 Luxury Home boasts 6 bedrooms, 7 beds, Bar, Large View Deck, Enormous Entertainment Level with Chef inspired kitchen. So many features it's impossible to list them all! There are three points of entry to this home complete with seperate 2 bedroom suite as part of this package.

Located atop Triangle Mountain in the municipality or Colwood, B.C.
We are approximately a 25 min drive from downtown Victoria, 35 mins from BC Ferries at Swartz Bay and 8 minutes from several large shopping centers, restaurants and take out dining establishments.
We are also at the epicenter to some of the best gold Victoria has to offer. 15 minutes to Bear Mountain Resort and PGA Golf Course, 9 mins to Olympic View and Royal Colwood Golf Courses respectively.
Finally, if outdoor activity is your thing, we are also centered around some of the most amazing trail hiking, mountain biking and beach exploring our region has to offer.
The best way to get around Victoria is by automobile.

Not suitable for infants as there is a large set of stairs and we do not have a safety gate installed.
