Summary: These are very old pictures and it was a disappointing stay, but the property manager & owner were nice. The handyman was amazing. That said, this was the dirtiest place we've ever stayed & we spent three days cleaning as much as we could. Our move in was delayed for 24 hours because there was no way to sleep in there that first night. I don't know if they just take the word of the cleaning people, but they had to send someone back the day of our move in because it was so disgusting & she still didn't clean everything. After she left we noticed that she barely cleaned the dried up milk from the stuck on baby bottle under the tv unit and didn't clean under the couch even though we said it was gross under there. We then found a living roach & what looked like smeared chocolate all over the floor. She did manage to leave those downy washer beads all over the floor when she mopped which are poisonous to dogs. Moldy shower curtain, so we purchased a new one. There was a huge pee stain under the couch cushion that we tried to clean & one on the mattress that we were able to treat with an organic spray. The ceiling fans had thick dust on the blades & every window had dirt, dust & bugs, let alone didn't lock, so the handyman rigged them to lock. They turned off the hot water to the tiny washing machine & there's no low heat option on the dryer, so suffice to say our clothes were ruined. The resort property is nice, but plan on waiting in long lines to get in w/your car every time.
