Very comfortable house, with everything you could possibly need available for your stay.The house offers you a beautiful garden with its olive trees.
At the entry level house welcomes our guest in living/dining area with a, fully equipped kitchen.
This very nice and fully equipped house . It has 3 bedrooms 2 with double beds and with bathroom.
In the basic roof there is the living room with the open kitchen fully equipped and a big veranda looking on the garden and the sea.
Ideal for a family with childrens.
The house is very nicely decorated. This beach house offers the opportunity to swim everyday, the sea in front of the house very clean, with a quiet beachfront, staying at the same time near Athens. The sea is also ideal for serfing.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook using all the kitchenware, there is also an outside BBQ you can use.
Located at Nea Makri, 25 min from Athens airport, 40 min from historical center of Athens and 10 min from Rafina port from where you can visit by ferries several islands ( Mykonos, Andros , Tinos etc.).
10 mn walking distance from the Villa you will find Coffee shops, restaurants, bank, super market and etc...
The house offers all the comfort you need.

Summary: We had at wonderful stay in Moniks beautiful house. We enjoyed the beauty of the house and the the fact that the house is situated only few meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need and Monik is very hospitable and will do everything to make your stay great. We hope to return to this wonderful place soon
