We are hugely excited to be offering this unique property for your Tuscan experience., inviting you to our little part of authentic Tuscany at great rates. Please do not expect this to be a modern 5 star apartment! It is a historic property and our reasonable rental rates reflect the standard of the accommodation where you will find the beds comfy, the facilities all functioning and the opportunity to experience life as a local.
This is a traditional period family home with great views across the Valdarno Valley. The huge terrace enjoys all day sun where you can relax by the pool (5 metre round above ground - not huge but enough to cool off) after exploring the Tuscan countryside. The comfy bedrooms are upstairs and all large and airy with bathrooms and an additional loo . The kitchen/diner is set up for self catering and the dining/living area a comfortable place to relax.
Downstairs there is a large games room leading to the extensive terrace and 5m circular pool. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are provided.
We are around 45 minutes from Florence, Arezzo and Siena and the centre of the Chianti wine region, in a magical triangle of history, art, and nature, you will find yourself in one of the oldest residences of the town. The base of the building dates back before the 1600’s, attached to the medieval town walls where you can hear again the echoes of a fascinating past.
15 minutes by car from all the important services, on the edge of the village but immersed in the countryside between vineyards and olive groves, which you can visit.
Excellent starting point for adventurous cycling or mountain biking. Beautiful walks and drives, or just to relax and get away from the stress and strain of life and have a traditional holiday in this authentic Tuscan village.
