Our recently furnished family-sized 3 bedroom, 1 den, 2 bathroom, 1961 square foot home has an open and bright floor plan that features 10 foot ceilings and an abundance of windows. The family room, living room, dining room and master bedroom's large windows overlook a crystal-clear in-ground heated pool and a professionally landscaped back yard with views of the sixth hole green of a world-class golf course. Plenty of areas to bask in the sunshine or lounge in the shade of the covered patio or various trees.
Recently furnished and decorated, this non-smoking home will comfortably sleep six to eight adults with Sealy pillow-top mattresses. The master bedroom comes complete with a king bed and a 47 inch LED flat panel SMART TV, as well as a luxurious ensuite which includes a full-sized tub, over-sized shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet. The master bedroom is located across the home from the other 2 bedrooms, den and guest bath for enhanced privacy – an ideal layout to provide some separation from other guests or children. The second and third bedroom both include queen beds while the den is equipped with a queen memory-foam sleeper sofa. All beds have been tastefully made up with luxurious linens including down comforters for a good night’s rest. The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom including a bathtub with shower.
The family room is equipped with a 70” LED flat-panel SMART TV which includes Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTubeTV streaming services along with HD local channels, and can be viewed from the comfort of electric-reclining leather theatre love
- seats. The fully equipped kitchen, including reverse-osmosis water system, overlooks the family room. The dining room includes a large table with six leather chairs.
