Positive: I think the customer service is fantastic. The staff was very responsive to questions and answered right away. When I reported an issue with my door not latching, the staff sent the maintenance guy right away to fix the door. The location is very convenient to get to downtown and the highway.
Negative: There were several cockroaches running out of nowhere. The toilet paper holder bar was missing, which is easy to replace. In the parking lot there was a fight that broke out and I didn't feel safe. There were also people knocking on my door probably mistaking my room for their friends'. The door didn't latch and had to be fixed. The air conditioner is blowing straight at you when you are in bed.
Summary: Ok if you just need a place to sleep, but I didn't feel safe. Only stay here if you're dead broke.
