Due to their location on the hillside it is pleasant, bright and at ground level. Including the fourth additional room (15% surcharge for the first one, 10% for each additional person) the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with integrated kitchen. The house has air conditioning, heating and a fireplace. Also an open terrace of about 50 m2. It is about 2 km away in a straight line to the sea.
