The very epitome of luxury, 4273 West Gulf Drive features an innovative layout that guests will find fun and intuitive, including an oversized wet bar, three dining areas, multiple patios, a loft study, and a detached guest wing with a convertible office perfect for remote work!
The Space:
This gorgeous beachfront home is divided across multiple living areas, including the primary living space with three bedrooms and an additional detached wing with two bedrooms.
Primary Living Space: Features living room, open concept gourmet kitchen, beachfront lanai, primary bedroom and bathroom, study and patio, two queen guest bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in-showers. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. It also features access through a spiral staircase to a sitting room/study with sweeping beach views.
Features a queen guest bedroom and a convertible office/guest room, with a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. Office/guest room features a trundle bed with two twin mattresses and works well as an office or bedroom (or both), depending on a given guest's needs.
