Bayside is a thriving Delaware coastal community located only 4 miles from the beach.
This family friendly place offers beauty, tranquility and lots to do!
Amenities include a brand new heated, 25 meter gorgeous indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, beautiful outdoor pools with a kids splash zone,
tennis ,basketball/volleyball courts, , pickleball, the Cove Bar & Grill ,the Freeman stage which offers entertainment all summer long and nature trails.
Enjoy lunch, dinner and cocktails at the brand new beautiful Signature clubhouse/restaurant and bar located in the Bayside community.
In order to use the pools/fitness center ,guests will need to purchase a pool pass through the owners. They are currently $45 per person for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and $60 per person for a one week (7 night )stay. Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. The outdoor pool at Sunridge remains open until the end of September, a real plus!
There are 3 bedrooms furnished with one king, one queen and one double bed. A private den provides a sleep sofa which can accommodate 2 persons. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Renters will need to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cooking essentials and dishes. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, featuring stunning holes along the Assawoman Bay coastline .
There is a free shuttle to Fenwick State Park beach, a convenient well stocked food store within walking distance
as well as a restaurant, an ice cream shop etc.
