Multiple decks grace the exterior of Fontana Grace, providing ample space to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. A brand new hot tub invites you to relax and soak away the day's adventures while being surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Smoky Mountains. For explorers and nature enthusiasts, a private 1.5 mile hiking trail meanders through the scenic landscape, guiding you to a waterfall in the neighborhood.
Guests will also have access to a private boat dock, .5 miles away from home, featuring a sun deck & parking lot. During the Summer months, when the lake is at full capacity, kayaks will be available for renters. The house also features an outside plug for EV charging; guests must provide their own adapter for the charger.
Centrally located to the NOC, Appalachian Trail (2 miles away from house!), Tsali Mountain Bike Trails, The Nantahala River, multiple waterfalls, and hiking trails, Fontana Grace is a haven for outdoor enthusiats. Summary: Amazing remote mountain cabin. I recommend doing the drive for the first time during the day. Home is exactly as pictured online and even better views. We had 5 kids in the house, and they loved the downstairs living room! Highly recommend.
