Relax with a glass of wine while you enjoy the cool Intracoastal breeze and watch the horse drawn carriages go by. Or venture off into downtown with many of the local hotspots being only a short walk away. The home sleeps 8 comfortably! There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The kitchen has been outfitted with every appliance and most often used cookware/bakeware/utensils, etc. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! Enjoy Free Parking and use of the 3 car garage. We are pet-friendly! The backyard is completely fenced in. We just ask for small nightly pet fee (used to pay for steam cleaning of floors and furniture after each pet stays). Bring Fido along! Guest access The house will be yours to decide who sleeps where. Having a separate guest home makes sharing with another family traveling with you easy and private. Other things to note We have a wonderful property manager who will be available locally as needed.
