A beautiful rental T3 of 75 m2 brand new.
Ideal for a couple with 2 children and 1 baby (inflatable mattress with ledge up to 6 years old, travel cot on request) or 2 couples.
The property is located in a place called Perello 20114 Figari (left fork after La Ferme Auberge pozzo di Mastri) 15 min from Bonifacio and 10 min from Porto-Vecchio; just 2 minutes from the village of Figari its airport and shops as well as 5km from the nearest beaches.
Its exterior consists of a 30m2 terrace, a permanent barbecue, a garden furniture (dining table and armchair) and sun loungers. No opposite on the terrace.
Inside:
1st bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200), mirror, chest of drawers and wardrobe area.
2nd bedroom: 2 90x190 bed that can be pushed together to form a 180 bed with convenient storage and wardrobe area.
The bedrooms are air conditioned as well as the living room.
A large living room is available to you.
A large and pleasant open kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, combined fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) and its dining area (table in 180 and 6 chairs).
A large living room: sofa, large pouf, 1 TV, bath with shower and separate WC.
A bathroom: large walk-in shower, wc, sink and storage (hairdryer).
A storage area with a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.
It is ideally located on a plot of 4000 m2 far from any noise pollution!
You can also relax on our sun loungers around our 10mx5m swimming pool secured by a low wall and a barrier which children cannot open and which closes automatically.
The pool is shared with 2 small T3 and a small T2.
We rent exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

Pets not allowed
Bed linen (bedding protection, fitted sheet, flat sheet, bolster and pillowcases) and bath linen (bath towel, towels, guest towels) and bath mat supplied as well as tea towels.

A deposit of € 500 will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you in full after inventory and if the accommodation is returned in the state of cleanliness in which it was given to you.
