Surrounded by mountain views, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, Sundial Ranch is 20 miles from Telluride yet a world away. In this private and inspiring setting, you can sample all the area has to offer or use this beautiful home as the perfect couples getaway. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with private patio off the master to have a glass of wine while you watch the Elk play in the alpenglow. Beautiful interior rooms open to outdoor space with hot tub and dining pavilion. LR with large FPL, DR for 8, Cooks kitchen, and family room. A perfect home for a family getaway or a couple looking to get away from it all.
The stars are so close you can touch them when in the hot tub at night. Fish for Trout in the San Miguel River at the base of our road. Hike or ride the numerous trails on the mesa or in the area. Help yourself to fresh herbs and vegetables from our small greenhouse in the summer. Visit with the horses or arrange a ride in the summer.
There is an office area with computer, printer and high speed internet as well as cable TV with Chromecast enabled TV in MBR. An additional desk area is in the LR if separate work spaces are needed.
A dog is welcome and there is a small fenced yard. There are horse facilities available for an extra charge from June - October. The ranch house is at 9000' so the weather is quick to change as storms rolls through, but Telluride has 280 - 300 Bluebird days a year and it is never inclement for long. That being said, this is a rental for a more self reliant type of person during the winter months, and though the driveway and 4 mile road to the house is plowed you must have 4WD vehicle with good snow tires and be prepared for weather when it happens. The owner can be available on the property to assist with your needs as well.
