Our lovely home is conveniently located, recently remodeled and includes both driveway and off street parking, a fully stocked kitchen & a washer/dryer.
The neighborhood is terrific, an easy walk to Main Street stores and quick access to all major roads.
Prepped for full time living, it is well appointed, maintains the charm of its age and setting, with all modern updates including central air.
Relax and make yourself comfy on the porch, you will love the convenience of being in our home while you're away from yours!
The space
Our home is lovely and very well maintained. We have made great investments in the structural updates, appliances, general aesthetics including the furnishings, pots/pans, dishes and linens.
With 4 bedrooms and a queen sleeper in the living room, the home can accommodate 9. Gathering spaces include a fully furnished living room, dining room and a kitchen island. Both of the bathrooms have undergone complete renovations with a walk in shower on the 1st floor and a tub/shower upstairs.
You'll get a great view of the neighborhood from our comfy front porch while the expansive back yard runs adjacent to a local playground. The basement includes a washer/dryer and there are bikes in the garage for your convenience.

Summary: This charming, welcoming home is conveniently located to downtown, restaurants, shopping, and campus in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. The home is well-stocked and very cozy and comfortable. The glider on the front porch was a relaxing place to read on a warm fall evening. The homeowners were very pleasant and responsive to questions. I’ll definitely be looking to stay again when visiting campus.
