Bedroom 1 has a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, full-sized futon and work station. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and standard closet. All rooms are complete with a flat screen TV and fire stick set up with Hulu and Disney+. The backyard is your own private desert oasis with plush mature trees, a heated pool, hot tub, TV, grill, yard games, fire pits and more. Stocked with all of the essentials, this hidden gem has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Property also includes a NoiseAware monitoring system. This system does not record sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
