The owners have constructed a modern house and have taken a lot care of the gardens aroud the swimming pool in order to create one atmosphere that will quarantee your absolute relaxation.
The villa has been designed to host 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third one has two single beds. One of he double bed's bedroom has also one en suite bedroom. In one floor you will also find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the devices and utensils needed, a big bathroom and a laundry room.
From inside the house the guest has access to 2 big balconies (one with sea view and dinning furniture) and big garden areas, where there are the private swimming pool, barbecue facilities, and parking area. in the exterior area there is also dining furniture and sunbeds juxt next to the swimming pool.
All the rooms of the villa are air conditioned and there are heating facilities for the winter.
Alarm system is also provided, as well as baby furniture & devices upon request.
The location of the villa is ideal for relaxation and for exploring the most part of Crete.
