Welcome to our cozy and spacious home in Ruckersville, just a 30-minute drive from downtown Charlottesville. Our main house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it the perfect retreat for groups of friends or families looking to explore the area.
On the main floor, you will find a large and fully equipped kitchen with enough space to seat 15 people, offering breathtaking views while you enjoy your meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living room with a fireplace, stocked with books and games for you to enjoy. This floor features three rooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with a twin bed, all sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower located in the living room area.
The lower level of the house has two more bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with a queen-size bed. This level also features a second living room space with a full sofa and mini kitchen, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind. For your convenience, we also have two additional apartments, each with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a mini kitchen.
Our peaceful and quiet location is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Take a dip in our pool, relax by the outside fire pit with outdoor seating, and enjoy roasting marshmallows while watching shooting stars. We can't wait to welcome you to our home and make your stay in Ruckersville a truly unforgettable experience.

8. Air conditioning and heating: We will make sure the temperature is comfortable, regardless of the weather outside.
9. Laundry facilities: you will have access to a washer and dryer, and we will provide a started set of laundry detergent for your convenience.
10. Safety features: the home is equipped with smoke detectors, first aid kit to ensure guests' safety during their stay.
