In unserem komplett modernisierten und liebevoll, sowie gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus, werden Sie sich auf 70qm Wohnfläche mit bis zu 4 Personen sehr wohl fühlen. Das große Gartengrundstück (Wiesenfläche) von ca. 2000qm und die überdachte Terrasse 15qm mit einer traumhaften Aussicht ins Grüne, sind zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Ort zum Entspannen.
Das Wohnzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse, bietet neben einem Essbereich für 4 Personen, eine Ledercouchgarnitur und SAT-TV. In der Küche bleiben nahezu keine Wünsche offen. Um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten , stehen eine Vielzahl von Küchengeräten und Einrichtungsgegenständen zur Verfügung. Neben den beiden liebevoll gestalteten und eingerichteten Schlafräumen mit einem komfortablen Doppelbett bzw. zwei gemütlichen Einzelbetten, rundet das modernisierte Badezimmer mit einer großen bodengleichen Dusche die Annehmlichkeiten Ihres Feriendomizils ab.
Ob zum Wandern im Frühjahr, dem Familienurlaub im Sommer am See, dem Mountainbiking im Herbst, oder zum Monschauer Weihnachtsmarkt, erleben und genießen Sie ein paar unvergessliche Tage in einer der schönsten Ferienregionen Deutschlands.
