Positive: We stayed here as two families. 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was clean, the owner was very kind and communicated smoothly. The house is on a quiet street in walking distance to the downtown of Günzburg and in a comfortable 10 minutes drive from Legoland. The kitchen was well equipped and the minibar well stocked.
Negative: The old floorboards were cracking especially on the stairs. It is clear that the place was recently refurbished but some of the equipment built in was not the best choice. For example the hand wash basin in the bathroom was splashing water if you were not careful to only open it only a little.
Summary: Overall it is a well maintained, clean place. Good value for money if you are a bigger group. I would recommend if you a
