Positive: Good location an it was clean and facilities were fine, fast internet
Negative: The hostess was unfriendly , angry and upside down, and at the end wrote us insulting notes. She kept pressing us tax payment although our price was all included. We have never met such treatment before. She should not approach the guests. It is dangerous. The note about high staircase should be added as the place is not suitable for disabled people and for mums with small children. The matresses should be replaced, they have seen times and damage people’s backs. Also pillorscare with feather which can cause strong allergy reactions with people, The lady was speaking only German although other languages of communicating were noted in booking. She saw our German was limited and deliberately made our life more difficult and stressful.
