You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything. Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view.
Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.
