The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Welcome to Finca Raíz, a breathtaking villa in the midst of the authentic Mediterranean landscape in Moraira located in a superb position combining the countryside´s vegetation together with the pure smell of the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy its secluded but convenient position only 5 Min. Drive from the beach of Moraira where a large variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops can be found in an unforgettable coastal town.
We enter through the main entrance offering parking for 5 cars flowing toward a very spacious outdoor terrace equipped with an outdoor dining área, BBQ, and sunbeds. Enjoy the very spacious and private swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden loyal to the Mediterranean feeling with pine and palm trees.
Finca Raíz is a two-storey holiday home with A/C in all bedrooms and the living room. We enter through a spacious lounge with dining room equipped with Sat+Tv+DVD followed by a kitchen and a second TV room. 1 twin bedroom with an en-suite shower and 2 double bedrooms with another 2 En-suite shower rooms complete the lower level. Internal stairs lead up toward the main double bedroom with an En-Suite bathroom and a dressing room. In addition, we find another double bedroom with a shower room.

Summary: Our plans changed at the very last minute so this villa wasn’t our original booking, however we were very pleased with the size of this villa and especially impressed with the outside space and pool. If you are in a large group this villa is perfect, 5 good size bedrooms and enough space for a large group. The only drawback (from our own requirements) is the location, you are able to walk down to some local restaurants and a shop but it’s a good 15/20 minute walk and then back up a hill. If you want to get about I’d have a local taxi company to hand and prep plan your trips as they are hard to come by on the street. Overall we had a lovely time during our week in Spain and didn’t want to leave the wonderful pool.
