Enjoy a family vacation or weekend getaway with indoor & outdoor entertainment at this recently built log style home with vaulted ceilings and knotty pine finishes . 55" flat screen TV above an electric fireplace and comfy couches make for a relaxing stay year round. VHS movies, DVDs CDs Board games & puzzles complimentary for guest enjoyment. 1/2 acre lot has ample room for outdoor activities with a fire pit and sports equipment available. Extensive wrap around deck has a covered area with dining table & chairs as well as a gas grill, outdoor cooler and gas fire pit. All this with views of the lake from inside and out! . Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Short distance to lake for boat launching.at Elk River Marina. across the bridge . 3 Miles from Grove and many restaurants bars and casinos nearby . Dollar General across the street for last minute necessities. Perfect for people and families of all ages! PLEASE no smoking or pets.

Cozy interior with electric fireplace, loft for sleeping or play, and twin over full bunk bed. Loft has queen sized air bed. Pack & Play available if needed . High ceilings give a spacious feeling to the combination living room, bedroom. Amenities include mini fridge, microwave, board games, DVD and VHS player, and tv with cable. Half acre property has plenty of room for play or sports. Enjoy your evening with a fire pit that has a lake view! Long driveway with plenty of room for cars and boats. Dollar General walking distance for any last minute necessities and groceries. Grove is 3 miles away with lots of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping . Golf courses are not far either and there is a casino one mile away! There is a marina just down the hill with a boat launch and beach. Whether you want an activity filled weekend or just a place to relax and get away this property is for you.
