Positive: The location is such that it is easier to have a car, and the property has free parking which is great. The gym is really nice and spacious with a lot of equipment and not many people. The terrace is nice with some veggies growing, so very comfortable and lots of different furniture to sit inside or outside.
Negative: The gym lacks ventilation so can get a little smelly in the afternoon in the hot weather.
Summary: Good cozy place with free parking and spacious gym (for those gymrats on holidays :D )
