Live in paradise in this coastal modern home located in Bonita National with a spacious open floor plan, 2247 sq. ft. of living space. This home is perfect for relaxing and recreation. The home faces west with stunning sunset views.
The property features three bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as a den for additional entertainment space.
The living room includes plenty of seating, a large 80” smart TV and a large ceiling fan.
The kitchen includes a large island, a confection oven, 4 bar chairs and a large walk-in pantry.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large 56” smart TV and ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a spa-like shower. The master closet is a large walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hanging space.
The two additional bedrooms are beautifully decorated, one has a king size bed, the other has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have 40” smart TV’s and ceiling fans.
The lanai boasts beautiful grey pavers and includes an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and refrigerator. The lanai is accessible through the living area and the master bedroom. There is plenty of seating which includes 2 lounge chairs, a bench seat with table and a table for 6 to dine outside. There is a large ceiling fan to keep the outdoor lanai cool. The custom style pool and spa can be heated. There is an electric expandable awning if additional shade is desired. This home sits on a wide man-made body of water which is a great addition to the ambiance. The pool enclosure has a panoramic view.
Laundry Room: The laundry room has new GE front loader washer and dryer. Through the laundry room is also an entrance/exit to the garage.
Supplies: The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of pillows, bath towels and linens throughout the home.
Community pool with amenities: Bonita National offers tennis courts, a resort-style pool, a well-equipped gym, and a clubhouse with dining options. Enjoy the pool bar/restaurant, the Boulevard Bistro Bar & Grill, as well as the main dining room.
Garage Storage: This home has a 2-car garage, however; a portion of the garage is used to store our golf cart, which is available for YOUR use! There are several beach chairs and coolers for your use. There are multiple beaches within a 15 - 30 minute drive from Bonita National.
Cleaning Fee: $400. Please maintain this house as if it were your own, which includes weekly cleaning of floors and miscellaneous areas.
Pets: We do not allow pets.
Social Membership does not include golf. Social Memberships to Bonita National are now based on the length of your stay, 3-5 Months = $319.50.
We require 25% at time of booking, 50% balance 6 months prior to day of arrival and remaining balance 60 days prior to your arrival.
NOTE: Bonita National does not allow rentals for less than 30 days.
