Quiet, private home on large lot, walking and biking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores of charming and lively Flagler Beach. Home is one block from Flagler Beach public tennis courts, volleyball court, children's playground, Wickline Park and the Betty Steflik Preserve on the intracoastal waterway and is only three blocks to the dog friendly beach. For the fishing enthusiast several boat launches are nearby as well as easy access to surf fishing as well as surfing.
Often described as an undiscovered gem, Flagler Beach has it all - miles of beach, a pier and boardwalk, great restaurants, charming shops and art galleries and is close to nature preserves and Gamble Rogers State Park. The bike path that runs along the ocean and A1A runs through Flagler Beach as well. Flagler Beach is ideally located a half hour's drive from Daytona Beach, 45 minutes from historic St. Augustine and 75 minutes from Orlando.

Smart TVs in living room and primary bedroom. Home is modest but clean, cute and cozy with a relaxed beach feel.

Fenced back yard offers an ideal play area for kids and pets. Deck in rear yard has new outdoor dining set and new two burner propane grill. Quiet location with little street traffic.
Although located within walking distance to all of the best of Flagler Beach - two bicycles are available for those who prefer to ride. House is fully stocked with sheets, towels and basic amenities including toilet paper, soap dispensers, shampoo and laundry and dish detergent.
