Summary: The listing was not very accurate. When you look at the main description, it does say 4 bedrooms. However, when you look at the detail and the pictures, it indicates 5 bedrooms, in fact shows beds in 5 different rooms. Well, one bedroom is a closet --with bunk beds. You have to have a waist smaller than 18 inches to get into the room. I am fairly sure that legally the state of FL would not recognize that as a legal bedroom--there is no window or egress to evacuate. It shows a bedroom with 2 double beds, and that does not exist in the house. There is another "bedroom" , but it is a top floor room, three sided windows, no closet and a singly bed with a trundle. Not at all what the description shows. Also the main televsion sound did not work. It took 5 days for them to fix the issue. Communication was spotty, and it took multiple requests to get a response.This is a place that the details do not match the result...beware.
