Three story home is rented by Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach so you have all of the comforts of staying at a large resort while enjoying a private home. Registered guests of the cottage will have use of the indoor heated pool, a 20-foot long hot tub with a waterfall, a fitness room and computers with Internet access in the lobby. And of course you are only steps from beautiful Wells Beach. General Description: Have all the conveniences of home while on vacation. This two-story home features a full gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook, and a full dining room. The living room has an open concept with cathedral ceiling, skylights, flat screen TV, two queen pullout sofas and a day bed. On the outside you can enjoy a large wraparound deck as well as a separate deck off the kitchen area for grilling. The first floor has hardwood flooring throughout. Bed & Bath: There are three bedrooms. The bedroom on the second level has a single queen bed and a balcony. There are two bedrooms on the third level. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has a standard closet with full bathroom and stand-up shower. On the first floor you will find a half bath with washer and dryer. Policy: The cottage has cable TV, air-conditioning, and a grill. Bed linens and kitchen utensils are included. Guests must bring their own toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels etc). Two free parking spots are available, additional vehicles will be required to pay an additional charge to park in an overflow lot. There are no pets allowed at anytime. Daily housekeeping service is not included but there will be daily trash removal.
