The apartment is located 850 metres from the Furio Camillo metro station (line A), the historical centre and all places of interest can be reached in a few stops. The apartment is about 65sqm and consists of 1 bedroom, a bathroom, living room, kitcen and a balcony and is located on the second floor with an elevator in a condominium with a garden and concierge and part of the it's furniture is from the 70s(vintage).
On entering the house there is a large entrance hall from which you enter the living room and to the right there is a corridor from where you enter the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are spacious. The windows and the balcony overlook the condominium, so very quiet. Parking available on request.
The living room has a sofa bed, a television corner and a dining table with 4 chairs. Furniture, lamps and pictures complete the living room furnishings. There is air conditioning system in the living room.
The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The room has an air-conditioning system. From the bedroom you access the balcony.
The kitchen is complete with a refridgerator, stove, oven, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for six people. The kitchen has a comfortable table with four chairs, and there is a door to the balcony .
The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a bathtub with hand shower. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
