Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Room was comfy, bathroom was very up to date and clean. Location was very convenient to airport and stadium. Snacks were a bit pricey and we did not take advantage of the breakfast however everything looked well prepared and fresh when we went down for coffee.
Negative: The additional cost of $52.00 to park for the two night stay was a surprise . I inquired on this and was told by staff member that “ you should have read it in the disclosure “. This may have been a deterrent in my choice of your location had I seen up front or least taken into consideration when shopping for value . The staff’s response was very cold and not sympathetic. This is ultimately what affected my survey response as negative.
