One of two Identical, homes located in the K Section of Guiones Beach, Nosara, Costa Rica only a short walk to the surf and white sand beach. Many rentals in Nosara are located next to a road, but these villas are NOT, so you have a greater level of privacy than most homes. Need more space? The spac
The construction of this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom custom home was completed by one of the premier builders in the area and no expense or detail has been spared and the homes are impeccably maintained. We are pleased to offer a home designed and outfitted for the seasoned visitor or newcomer. Whether you're staying for a few nights or a few weeks, you will be comfortable here.
The entire house, Including the main living area and kitchen is air conditioned. The Kitchen is completely equipped and kept up to date, so you will have what you need when you need it!
Exterior terrace is large with plenty of comfortable furniture for everyone to lounge on near to the pool. Please note, the pool is not gated and may not be suitable for young children .
The master bedroom contains a King bed. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with queen lower and single upper. The third bedroom contains a queen bed.
The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground level with a separate access and desk space, making it ideal for those who have to work and need privacy.
Weekly cleaning services are included for stays of 6 days or more. There is a laundry room onsite for the use of our cleaners only, but we will be more than happy to do laundry for you once a week for stays of 6 days or more.
We have minimized water issues by incorporating a state of the art back-up system that will provide full water pressure, 24-7, no matter what. We also have installed a unique gray water and septic system that is Eco friendly and eliminates odors and other problems associated with conventional systems typically used. House security includes a remote controlled alarm system on all windows & doors, Security cameras and 24hr monitoring service for peace of mind while away from the villas.
As well, our loyal gardener, Jorge, is on hand most days keeping the one acre of gardens and grounds manicured and safe. Wireless Internet connection throughout the property. Home has fiber-optic internet.
LOCAL QUIRKS
The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 7am and 5pm, but can begin as early as 6am. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Check in time is between the hours of 4PM and 9PM. If you plan on arriving later that 9PM, please advise the Four Winds management team through Airbnb. Any arrival after 9PM will result in a $150 late check in fee. Late checkout may be available by request. Requests must be received by the Four Winds chat 24 hours in advance of your designated checkout day and time. Any guest who stays beyond the designated departure time without prior approval will forfeit their deposit. No exceptions. Thank you for helping us timely prepare the home for the next arrival.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside any unit. Smoking is allowed outside only.
People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
Bathroom towels from the home are not to be taken to the beach.
Keys: Rental Party agrees to return all keys immediately upon checkout. Failure to do so will result in a $150 charge.
Rental Party agrees not to use the premises for any and all improper purposes nor permit any disturbances to the surrounding inhabitants, neighbors, or nature areas.
